I recently purchased a Big Sur Sport e-bike from E-Bike Central, Temple, TX. I had taken my Rad Rover e-bike there for repair/maintenance. After test riding a few new e-bikes I decided it was time to replace my four year old Rad Rover. David, Manager of the business was very informative and offered me a fair trade-in price for my e-bike. It was time to replace my Rad Rover because it didn’t have the safer UL listed battery and Rad Power Bikes didn’t offer the battery upgrade for my model. After test riding the Big Sur Sport e-bike equipped with the safer battery I worked out a fair deal with David. Colton, Service Supervisor for E-Bike Central, loaded the bike and delivered it to my home. I highly recommend E-Bike Central.

I had absolutely zero knowledge about these new bikes. I was actually scared of going into sports mode. Now I own 2 of their fastest bikes. I now consider Kelley and their staff family. I go to the store to hang out sometimes. I %100 recommend giving them your time and business.

I took my 7 year old, filthy and abused ebike in for new tires and a tune up. It had ridden on the back of a camper to MN 4 times and put on many miles cycling down forest roads. These guys did a fantastic job cleaning, and tuning it up. Service was very quick and the estimate was accurate. They have a huge selection of new bikes- very impressive.

Kelly and the eBike Central team have been awesome since we purchased two Velontric Go1 bikes.  His attention to service after the sale has been superior.  We had a few issues with the hitch and a couple of things on one of the bikes but without delay and warranty hassle, he took care of them right away.  The bikes are very durable and fun to ride.

I am one happy service customer. Called another e-bike company on Sunday to get a new tire. Was going to take a week because they didn’t have in stock. Heard the E-bike Central radio ad on Monday. Called Monday late in day to find out they had my tire in stock. Up front about all costs. Got my new rear tire installed and new tube on front tire on Tuesday. Also sprayed my chain and rear

sprocket for me. Extremely helpful. I only lost one riding day which is my physical therapy and couldn’t be happier with their customer service. Thank you.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with E-Bike Central! I originally purchased a scooter for my daughter from an online vendor and had nothing but headaches—broken parts, terrible customer service, and no real solutions. I dropped by to look at bikes and spent a couple of hours with Kelly and Maddie. I learned a lot from Kelly and decided to buy bikes for my wife and myself to help us stay active. Rode several different brands and discussed the pros and cons. I knew what riding position I wanted as I have ridden motorcycles for years and we found the Big Sur that was a great fit for me. Eventually settled on a trike for my wife as she feels insecure about her balance, but the trike is very stable and she loves it. Can’t say enough good things about Kelly and Jesse and David. They’re the kind of people that you want as neighbors and the kind of people with whom you want to do business. Buy local!
