Return Policy

At E-Bike Central, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the details of our return and exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Returns on e-bikes, scooters, and dirt bikes are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale).
- Gift cards.
- Accessories or parts that have been installed or used.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or neglect.
3. Return Process
3.1 In-Store Returns
- Bring your item to either the Temple, TX, or Waco, TX location within the 7-day return window.
- A team member will inspect the item and process your return or exchange.
3.2 Local Delivery Returns
- If your item was delivered locally and you wish to return it, please contact us at ebikecentraltx@gmail.com or 254-677-6139 to arrange a return.
- Customers are responsible for returning the item to the store unless it arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
- Delivery fees and restocking fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective item.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference).
- Exchanges must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item was delivered damaged or is defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
- We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
