Shipping & Payment Information

At E-Bike Central, we strive to provide a convenient and seamless shopping experience. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping and payment policies for online purchases.


1. Delivery and Pickup Options

1.1 Local Delivery

  • Local delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our stores in Temple, TX, and Waco, TX.
  • A flat delivery fee of $150 applies to all local deliveries.
  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. After placing your order, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

1.2 In-Store Pickup

  • Free in-store pickup is available at both our Temple, TX, and Waco, TX locations.
  • Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you via email or phone.
  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.

1.3 Delivery and Pickup Restrictions

  • We do not offer shipping via third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS).
  • Delivery is limited to the local areas surrounding our store locations.
  • If you live outside the delivery radius, you must select in-store pickup.

2. Payment Information

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Financing options through Synchrony Bank and SnapFinance (applications available on our website)
  • Digital wallets (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

2.2 Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is applied to all purchases at the applicable Texas state and local rates.
  • If you are tax-exempt, please provide your tax-exempt certificate before completing your purchase.

2.3 Secure Payments

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure your payment information is safe.
  • We do not store credit card information.

2.4 Payment Issues

  • If your payment is declined, please verify your payment details or contact your bank for assistance.
  • Orders with unresolved payment issues will be canceled after 5 business days.
